The rules follow the product: private input stays private, public work is edited rather than copied, and every source keeps its owner.
The service
These Terms govern your use of Project Issue. The current beta lets you capture references, receive structured private Issues, and deliberately publish an Issue as unlisted or public. No paid subscription is offered in this beta. You must be at least 16, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where local law requires it.
Your account and captures
Keep paired devices and access credentials secure. You are responsible for the material you deliberately submit and for using the service lawfully. Do not use Project Issue to bypass a paywall, login, technical protection, rate limit or other access control. Private capture is not permission to republish someone else's work.
Your material
You keep ownership of material you own. You grant Project Issue only the limited permission needed to store, process, render and deliver it according to your visibility choices. You represent that you have the rights needed for anything you mark as user-owned or licensed. Publishing an Issue does not publish the private source body behind it.
Publishing standards
Public material may not infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; expose private personal information; impersonate or defame someone; promote exploitation, targeted harassment or credible violence; contain illegal sexual content; distribute malware; or facilitate unlawful access. We may restrict material while a report is reviewed and remove content or accounts that violate these Terms. Report a concern through the rights and safety form.
Optional AI editing
AI is an optional editorial processor, not an authority. When you explicitly enable it, selected Save data is sent to the named provider described in the Privacy Policy. You can disable future transfers. Outputs may omit context or be wrong; source links remain authoritative, and you are responsible for the choice to publish an edition.
Third-party sources
Original sources and platforms have their own terms, availability and rights. Project Issue does not endorse them and cannot guarantee that a link, preview or source remains available. Attribution is not a license. We may replace a preview with a link-only treatment, refresh metadata, or remove source-derived material to comply with a rights holder or platform.
Reports and enforcement
Rights holders, creators, publishers, authorized representatives and people whose privacy or safety is affected can submit a request without an account. We may ask for evidence, notify the publishing user, preserve the request for compliance, and restrict the relevant publication during review. Repeated or serious violations may lead to account suspension or deletion.
Availability and responsibility
The beta is provided as available and may change. We do not promise that every source can be extracted, that generated copy is complete, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Before commercial launch, paid terms and the legally required operator disclosures will be added and reviewed for each launch market.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be presented for renewed acceptance before they govern optional AI processing or other materially different use. Japanese law governs these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law. Questions can be sent to payphone1402@gmail.com.
